Yes, the Price cut for the HP TouchPad will finally hit Hong Kong. HP Hong Kong have announced on their Facebook page the TouchPad will get the price dropped to HK$780 for the 16GB model only, the 32GB version wasn’t mentioned.
There is a slight snag to all this, you will only be able to buy the tablet online at www.mobicares.com/hptouchpad and the sale will start tomorrow 25th August at 9:00am and will end the next day on the 26th at 9:00pm.
HP Hong Kong will offers HP TouchPad 16GB at HK$780 through online ordering. Stock is limited. The order is only accepted while stock lasts.
So get your credit cards ready and good luck!
Update: We tried the www.mobicares.com/hptouchpad link HP posted on their FaceBook page and it seems to be down, will let you know if anything changes.
